HOW TO USE THIS LIST:
This list has 15 columns of data for each investor. All of the following data was publicly available at the time of building this list. Here is how to interpret what is in each column (not every entry has data for each column):

Column Heading: Explanation:
Investor Name: The trading name of the institutional investor.
Investor Type: The type of investor (i.e. a venture capital fund or angel investment syndicate).
Pre-Seed / Seed: "Yes" indicates this investor typically invests in this type of funding round. "No" indicates this investor does not typically invest in this type of funding round.
Series A: As above.
Growth / Series B: As above.
Target Investment Sectors (If Public): Some investors might consider all types of opportunities, others might target a specific sector, industry or company type (i.e. artificial intelligence).
Target Investment Size (If Public): Most funds have a prescribed range they want to invest in deals. This is often called a target "cheque size." Not all funds make this information public.
Investment Requirements (If Stated):     Some funds require applicants to have achieved certain milestones (such a minimum run rate, or turnover).
Geographic Focus:  Most funds invest in opportunities across the country. However, some have a specific mandate to invest in specific cities or regions of the country only (i.e. Norfolk, or Scotland).
Website: A link to the front page of the investors website.
How to Apply: How this investor likes to receive pitches. Most have an online application, or link to 'contact page.' Others have an email address for cold pitches. Some prefer 'warm' introductions, which means finding someone who can facilitate an introduction to a partner or associate at the firm.
Link to Apply for Funding: Some investors are happy to receive cold pitches via an application link.
UK Office Address (if Public): We only share addresses for firms that make this public on their website.
UK Phone Number (if Public): In the UK, most funds do not welcome pitches via cold call. Only a few firms provide a public phone number.
Contact Email (if Public): Where they don't have an established application process, some firms provide a central email address. We strongly discourage you from bulk emailing these email addresses.
